• – Personal identification, academic, social security, fiscal and financial data.
• – Sensitive data such as health status, medical history, religion or beliefs, sexual preference, criminal record, physical characteristics, union affiliations, that OZM may request for reasons of hiring our professional services.

In case of obtaining sensitive personal data under the concepts and terms of the “Law”, OZM undertakes not to disclose or share them, without your consent, unless by mandate of the “Law”, it has to do so.

The data referred to in this Privacy Notice will be treated for the due compliance of laws and regulations before any Jurisdictional Body as well as, fiscal, labor, social security, immigration or any other administrative authority; in compliance and maintenance of legal relationships; for internal and/or external communication purposes; administration, control and operation of payroll and benefits; identification, operation, administration of clients, suppliers and employees, and/or everything related and that entails labor relations and rendering of services with them, as well as for any subject related to everything in which OZM participates and receives information from third parties.

At all times OZM is obliged to safeguard the privacy of the data provided and not to disclose or transfer them to third parties for purposes other than those set forth in this Privacy Notice. To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data and in order to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we have established physical, electronic and administrative procedures, procedures that are constantly evaluated and reviewed by our corresponding area and that apply at the time, seeking to control the use and disclosure of your personal data.

REQUEST FOR ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION OF DATA (ARCO REQUEST)

Such request must contain and/or provide information to identify and contact the interested party; documents proving the identity or, if applicable, power of attorney of the legal representative; original documents for collation and copy which serve to modify or ratify data; the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights, the Refusal of Processing or, if applicable, the Revocation of the Processing of your Personal Data and any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

It is important to remind you that in order to carry out the above request, as stipulated in the “Law”, you must identify yourself with an original official document and in case of legal representatives, prove your personality by means of an original of your official identification, original of the power of attorney and copy for OZM’s file.

The determinations adopted by the Personal Data Protection Officer with respect to requests for Access and Ratification to the Processing of Personal Data will be notified by e-mail 10 working days after the request has been received, so that, if it is appropriate, within 10 working days you will be notified of the response or, if applicable, a simple copy of the corresponding documents will be made available to you.

The determinations adopted by the Personal Data Protection Officer with respect to the requests for Cancellation or Opposition to the Processing of Personal Data will be notified by e-mail within 15 working days from the receipt of the request, in order that, if it is appropriate, within a term of 10 working days, you will receive confirmation of the appropriateness of such Cancellation or Revocation of Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of the “Law”.

Responses to requests will be made by mail delivery to the address you provide for such purpose or by electronic documents sent via email to the address you provide in your request and will be effective within 10 working days from the date on which it is resolved.

The deadlines indicated herein may be extended in the cases provided for by the relevant legislation. The rest of the procedure will be processed according to the terms and stages established in the Legislation on the matter.
